Anyone find any wire guides that would improve over zip ties? 3mm wire and odo wire

spots of hot melt glue to stick the wire down? I used it to run a wire to a on the mudguard tail light 25 years ago..
now maybe 3D print something pretty? ..

Someone suggested Goop shoe stuff. Sticky, but can be peeled off. After chasing this around the net, zip ties are just fine...!

I usually use Gorilla Repair tape
