Slipping chain from rear derailleur/cassette Bianchi
I just purchased a Bianchi Veloce with a Campagnolo 9 Speed Derailleur and I took it out on its first ride today. About 20 kms in the chain began to skip. Upon further inspection, I found that the chain was coming off of the rear derailleur/cassette.This was happening on every gear and it kept happening on the same chain links on every revolution.
As I am new to cycling, I did not know what was causing the issue. I readjusted the barrel adjuster and the H limits and that didn’t resolve the issue. I was wondering if this was a chain issue, derailleur issue or something else? The chain does not seem to be worn but I do not have the proper tool to test. Instead I watched a video that said the center of the two chain links should be 12 inches apart which mine is or maybe 1/16 less. I’ll attach pictures below. I tried attaching a video I could not do so. But the video can be found on red dit via user name sdia313
Would love to know the issue for my own knowledge and to know what I need to have it fixed. Thank you!

Looking at KMC chains, most that are marked "Z" are 6, 7, and 8 speed chains. Most of the 8-speed chains are marked "narrow" on the links.
My guess is that you have a 7 speed chain on your bike.

If you have a way to measure the chain, that would be the best path forward. If you have a set of calipers, the measurement over the pins should be 7.0mm or less.
If you don't have a set of calipers, you could use a 7mm open ended wrench as a go-no-go gauge.

A worn chain and/or cassette will do just that
Chain stretch gauges are cheap enough, you should buy one. Chains themselves are cheap enough to just replace. Not a bad idea with a used bike..If it still does that with a new chain than the gears on the cassette are worn.

"kept happening on the same chain links on every revolution." Suggests stiff links. You can try to loosen or maybe the chain is due for replacement anyway.
