You might take a look at the free clyde jerseys sticky thread.

I'll second the recommendation for AeroTech. I was on a ride with another guy similarly sized as myself. We got to talking about jerseys. He mentioned Aerotech. I ordered a couple and I'm super happy with them. I would order more but I'm trying to get down to a smaller size.

Don't bother with cycling gear. I wear compression shorts under normal cargo shorts and poly button down "fishing" shirts from sporting stores. I find the loose fitting shirts way cooler in the Texas heat than bike jerseys and no one looks at you like you're an alien when you make stops along the ride.

Watch for Aldi's sport & cycling specials and stock up, that's what I do. Not the most trendy gear but it's long lasting, I always buy a couple of sets and always ride with their compression gear under my kicks and sport shirt!

Totally personal preference, but I prefer just normal moisture wicking/athletic t-shirts myself. (Along with skateboard shorts, athletic boxer briefs and flat soled shoes.)
...Really, it probably looks like I'd jump on a skateboard versus a bike...
I've dropped quite a bit of weight so when I do go on group rides wearing a jersey is at least a lot less intimidating. (Still rocking the skateboard shorts though...)

Aerotech is good, I also like primal if you can find it in the larger sizes.... they have some in "big people" sizing.
for bibs I love the Pearl I, and the specialized stuff fits me well even as a clyde.

Tough without trying them on but I believe in Shimano 51 should be a 15US... Not sure on Shimano shoes on width... here is an example https://www.nashbar.com/shimano-shrp...82460?v=875823
