Cateye Solar Computer, Brackets, etc.

I’ve held on to this stuff for years, but realistically I’m never going to use it. Here’s what I have:

Cateye Solar Cyclocomputer Model CC-2000. I understand the rechargeable batteries are no longer available, but the unit works fine with 303/357 or LR44 non-rechargeable batteries. Will ship without batteries. (1)

Front wheel sensor and bracket (4)

Rear wheel sensor and bracket (1)

Wheel magnet (3)

Pedal sensor (2)

Pedal sensor magnet (2)

Bracket shims (12+)

Wheel adjusting washers (3)

Installation instructions and manual (1)

Display boxes (2)

Some of the brackets/sensors are used but in excellent shape. Some stuff is still in original packaging. The computer works and is in excellent condition.

Everything will fit in a USPS medium flat rate box, so all I’m asking is $11.00 to cover shipping. Hope someone can use it!

Marty

That was the first cyclocomputer I ever bought. Had one on my '84 Trek 500.

Very accurate for distance. I just retired mine. Got a year out of 2 LR44s for speed and distance, not cadence.

Cat eye Sola...r the battery sucker

What a piece of junk ...from what I remenber the compagny send me two unit in '84 and the 2 got the same problem : the solar panel in fact depleted the battery instead of charging it . Just hope the new Sonata Hybrid with his solar panel top don't do the same...

Ben,

Good Day
I see you responded to Marty's post a while back and was looking at this Cateye Solar solar CC-2000 for display purposes.
If you made the purchase, I was wondering if you have a front (or rear) speed/distance sensor with mounting bracket you would part with?

Thanks,
Stephen
