Help identifying this frame / bike! Miyata / Cinelli? RE54652

Hi all. Any help identifying this frame/bike much appreciated.

Steel lugged frame, 58cm size (according to BB stamp).
Lugs have small cutouts as per photos.
Top tube internal cable routing for rear brake.
BB has serial number RE54652 (+ 58 which presume is frame size)
Has Cinelli Criterium bars + Cinelli stem (not sure if original to frame) with Koga Miyata sticker (though lugs don't appear to match Miyata style?).
Shimano 600 (tricolor) 8 speed groupset + headset
Seatpost in there is 26.8mm

Help!

(Can't post photos yet..)

Welcome to the forums. The serial number indicates the frame was manufactured during weeks 9-10 of 1989. This is consistent with the timeframe for 600 Ultegra, which was introduced for the 1988 model year. Koga-Miyata had five 600 Ultegra models in 1989 but Ultegra didn't get 8 speeds until 1992, so I assume it has been upgraded. This complicates identification, as the entire group may be an update. You can see the 1989 catalogue here: https://www.koga.com/en/service/broc...2000-1976).htm

Thanks T-Mar. Closer inspection (and trying to index it!) says it's Shimano 600 7 speed (previous owner had put an 8 speed cassette on the back). It's 6400 series shifters / rear derailleur so that's 7 speed + I'll pick up a new cassette!

The lugs don't quite match the Koga / Miyata frames I see though, could that be normal for the style to vary?
