C&V folks did have a few drinks with him at NAHBS Austin.
Then the Girls Scout leader came by, sent the kids upstairs, and showed us her tattoo.
Not sure I paid much attention after that, scurrying back to my hotel room to stay out of trouble.

As an alternative you can look into this. Jake Barrett, learned under Della Santa and just recently started his own shop, in Vegas or Reno I believe. Chatted a little with his proud papa at Eroica Cali. This is a pic of his Dad with I think the first frame out of his new shop.

A DS is on my want list, but the Barrett sure looks sweet. Does Jake Barrett have a website? The googler only turns up the pitcher.
