My first thought is Colner. Colnago made frames with a play on Colnago - Ernesto. A quick internet search shows that a spade inside the C features in the logo but I wonder some were made with a diamond.

That pantograph is of a marque named Cybreta (aka Cycles Bretagne), a shop that was based in Nantes. It was run by Pierre Matignon. Some of the top end frames were supposedly made by Claude Jousseaume (a mechanic on 4 TdFs) - the pics you posted could be one of those. Others were apparently rebadged Gitanes among other things.
