New Canadian FaceBook Group
The Bike Canucks form a unique FaceBook group which has been created exclusively for Canadian Bicycle enthusiasts.
Canadian residency is a requirement for membership.

the only FaceBook group dedicated to Canadian residents who are bicycling enthusiasts of all types including:
- year 'round riders in the Canadian climate
- car-free or car-lite
- utility cyclists
- collectors/builders
- activists/advocates
- e-bike friendly

Sorry for being off-topic but I couldn't help noticing in your first sentence you had written "are a " and in your second sentence "is a".
I know it's common English and others have tried to explain but in my opinion it's just plain wrong. The subjects of both sentences (subject, verb, predicate) are singular. So the verb should be third person singular too.
