You can use Reship.com to buy stuff from UK vendors who won't ship to the USA. Reship gives you a UK address to plug into those websites. Yes, you pay a fee for the Reship service plus paying shipping costs from both the vendor and Reship... but depending on either the rarity of the item or the discount of the deal, you can still end up saving money. I recently got a new carbon 650B wheelset from a Wiggle sale for $200 recently and then paid another $200 in shipping & fees - still came out 50-60% less than what USA vendors charge for the same item.

I had a negative experience with bikeinn. I ordered Continental 26'' tires and wanted them to be with Black chili compound. There was no mention of compound in description, but in the image was a tire with black chili. The tires I got was with other compound ( some kind of _grip?). So, I wanted to return them. They asked for images, the first set of images was not clear enough for them, they asked again. After that they said that they consulted their technical staff and the techical staff said I have received the right tires, so no return nor refund. After some not so polite responses and me questioning their competency I returned the tires and got a refund. A big waste of time. Also, shipping time is very long for a Europe to Europe shipment, about 2 weeks.
If one's picky, I recommend to clearly ask/verify before ordering, because customer service is not good (I'd say is not honest).

It depends on the model you need, but I've bought TA Vento (135mm BCD) and also TA Zephyr (110mm BCD) chainrings from these German bike shops. Stronglight chainrings are often available too. It pays to buy in quantity, to help make the DHL shipping more cost effective:

Starbike currently shows new production TA Pro 5vis vintage chainrings available, with some models taking 2-3 weeks to ship.
I read a while back (from a UK web bike shop) that the tooth profile of TA chainrings allow for greater wear and less chain suck. My experience confirms this: I once had a 1 year old Campy Record 135mm chainring unexpectedly give me some bad chain suck, which forced a chainstay repaint. The TA chainrings seem to provide good service life with much less of that destructive risk.
