Superior Rotor: SRAM Centerline or Shimano RT66?
Any thoughts? Both are the same price. I'll be replacing a Tektro rotor.
Also have access to a reasonably priced Ice Tech RT86.

So in that case unless it's an Ice Tech, I should get a Chinese replacement, which is 1/3 the price of the Shimano or SRAM even when those are on sale. For how long is a rotor expected to remain true from normal riding assuming no direct hits?

It should remain true forever. Excess heat is what causes warping. If the rotor warps, you simply need a bigger rotor.
Yes. If it's not Ice-Tech, or at the very least a floating disc, any ol' Chinese junk is just as good.
Don't waste your time with resin pads or "resin only" rotors. Junk.
