Speaking of MTBs not getting respect, Columbus ES/OS and XT for $350!! https://milwaukee.craigslist.org/bik/4986404667.html

The fork, front hub and shifters look different though. Stock was a Marzochi, White F&R and gripshift.

That will buff right out. I think with a little patience that can be pooffed out with some frame blocks.

Total gaspipe. Not a particularly great brand for a sport bike, at least a Bianchi version sold for nearly a grand a few weeks back.

But it is complete. The color is cool. The graphics are cool. The patina is cool. And the seller lowered the price a bit.

I don't see reserves listed on either, so if no one else bids, the Professional can theoretically be had for $500.

I see that someone already placed a bid on the Gran Grit, and the BIN option for it has subsequently gone away (i.e., just becomes a standard auction at this point).

sad Simoncini.

A mish-mash pasta pista. Anyone's guess what the frame is like (hopefully can still hang a derailleur on it). Dump the single speed parts, Flite saddle, wheels, etc. and could be something to build upon reasonable.

Vintage 70s Simoncini single speed / fixed w/ Flite Titanium saddle

Vintage 70s Simoncini single speed / fixed w/ Flite Titanium saddle - $225 (east humboldt park) < >

I'm selling my 70s Simoncini "Special Professional". The frame is 58cm. I converted it to a single speed / fixed a while back. It has gold "Deep V's" and Flite Titanium saddle. One of the inner tubes has a leak so you wont be able to ride it home. Respond to the ad if you're interested.

[h=2] Old school Trek road bike - $180 (Swan Broadway)[/h]

This is a sweet old bike with a VERY tall frame , 27" wheels , and 18 smooth shifting gears ,good tubes and tires , handy front and rear storage, 2 bottle holders, a mirror
This is the tallest bike I've ever had , I'm 6'6" and this is the first bike that felt big enough for my height , probably would work best for a rider 6'2" or taller

[h=2] Remember that movie Quicksilver - $100 (Oro Valley)[/h]

Kevin Bacon and a band of ragtag bike messengers play as hard as they work as they learn about what is important about life ... Love. This is the bike that Kevin Bacon rode in the movie, or it would have been if the producers hadn't been totally candy a$$es. 'The Bac' almost walked off the movie because they didn't want to use this bike. They said it was "too fast" and "people won't believe a person could go that fast on just a bicycle." Good thing for us 'The Bac' didn't walk or we would have been denied a fantastic movie experience. The bike a Fuji Supreme (nothing better than a Supreme) was made in Japan when that used to mean something and is a 63cm frame. Now you are saying to yourself isn't Kevin Bacon only 5'10" tall and that is really for a 6"+ tall person, well 'The Bac' is larger than life. Make sure you check out the pictures, especially notice the paint job, just look at that flame, the flame man.
