First Ever Recumbent Cycle-Con Convention and Trade Show

The Recumbent Cycle-Con Convention & Trade Show is being held October 21 - 23, 2011, in Southern California at the Pomona Fairplex near Los Angeles, California.

On Sunday, October 23, the gates will be opened to the public, giving recumbent enthusiasts and the general public the chance to see the exciting new recumbent cycles and accessories from all the major manufacturers and suppliers. In addition to the opportunity to chat directly with factory representatives, recumbent enthusiasts will also have the opportunity to see and ride the newest recumbent cycles in the Recumbent Cycle-Con's secure Outdoor Demo Riding Arena, free of any vehicular traffic.

I'll be there, working for Hollywood Racks (we'll only show our recumbent specific car racks) and looking forward to meeting recumbent riders and dealers.

I'll be there tomorrow (for dealers) starting at 9:00 AM. Should be fun!

Would like to go- a bunch of friends will be there: Terracycle (exhibiting), Coventry Cycles owner and employees (lookie-loos), and a couple fellow Battle Mountain enthusiasts. I wish I could go- most of my family is there but I have one of those darn "job" things.

At least Jeff has a good excuse. My wife and I just made what already seems to be a faulty decision to skip a much shorter drive. From what I hear there are some very nice wares and good times.
