mine's just under or just over 20 depending on the scale. Besides the titanium railed saddle, every component on there was added because it was inexpensive and/or solid. I'd like a set of light wheels or maybe a lighter/sexier crankset, but I'm pretty satisfied with everything as is.

Road Fixie
IRO Mark V Pro - Level hubs, Nitto bars... 20lbs even
IRO Jamie Roy - Bontrager Carbon fork, OS bar/stem, lighter build wheels... 17.5lbs
Surly CrossCheck - Just about 20lbs
Mountain
Bianchi PUSS - Sibex ti fork, Hope discs, White wheels, Profile carbon cranks... 19.25lbs
Dean Colonel SS - Dean steel fork, Avid mech discs, WTB/Spot wheels... 22lbs
Those are real weights, none of this bathroom scale 14lb steel bike BS that I see on forums sometimes...

Last time I counted mine it weighs around 20. She is an old 80's japanese conversion with cheap parts.

Old School Bianchi Conversion: 24.6 pounds at the LBS.
A road guy saw that and scoffed at me.
I'm saving a D cell for him.

Not trying to be elitist, just correct. I've seen plenty of posts of bike that are clearly weighed wrong on the internet. 14lb bikes with mediocre components come to mind... Just look around fixedgeargallery for some fanciful weights.
As for the Jamie Roy being lighter than the Mark V, it's the whole build. Cranks, wheels, bar/stem, fork. Frame weight doesn't vary THAT much between bikes. The highest priced carbon frame out there are 2.5lbs or so, where the IRO bikes are 4lbs or so. It's all in the build.

my bike was roughly 23lb set up stock as a 7sp triple...
so minus chainring, rear brake, levers/shifters, derailleurs, cassette, etc etc etc... maybe its 20lb flat? (optimistically)

my steel vivalo comes in at a little over 16 with drops and sew ups.
i'd trade stiffness for weight anyday, though.

The Bassofixie comes in at about 17 - maybe a little less now that I lost the brake and lever.

i don't know--i think my raleigh track is 18-20 and my nishiki conversion is probably in the low 20s.

One of our former employees weighed his bike every time he made an adjustment to it.

About 22lbs last time I was in the bike shop. Not sure how accurate that was, though. I blame my steel bars.

My bike starts out pretty light, but then I fill my military surplus bags with all kinds of crap so I can be prepared for (uh, what did Trekkie call it?) nuclear infusion with acid rain?
