Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Elbow Pain

I'm finding that after extended rides (50+ miles), or a few consecutive days of riding I have a good degree of pain in my elbows. Right now, I experience little to no fatigue in my wrists which leads me to believe that my saddle and handlebars are set up correctly. I'm thinking that it stems from possibly locking my elbows during the ride (although I consciously try to maintain a bend in my arms). Could this be attributed to a sloppy riding style that I need to work on some more, or is the possibly a frame/component fit issue at work here?
