Lost 13 lbs since February . . .

202.2 on the scale last weekend! I have been riding my face off this week and I am feeling great. Hope to be under the 200 mark this week or next. It's been great having the support from folks in this subforum!

Can I still lurk/post here even if I'm under 200? I might not be a clyde much longer according to the numbers, but I'm still a big guy (in the cycling world of weight weenies) and I'm a clyde at heart!

Congratulations!

Lots of us stay after shrinking below 200 pounds.

You never stop being a Clydestale - you just get to borrow the "recovering" adjective.

I managed to grow past 200 pounds three times in the last decade, and as a younger man picked up 20-40 pounds of fat as a pre-Clydestale a few times.

I got down to 187 in peak shape last summer, but I got back up to almost 220 over the winter. I was lifting a lot, so some of that weight was muscle mass, which I'm ok with. I'm shooting for the 190 mark again, although I imagine I'll look leaner at that weight this time around because of the added muscle.

I guess with the seasonal fluctuations "recovering" is appropriate lol.
