Even if they can see you, it doesn't guarantee they won't hit you.

New Sram shift cables, housings, and Arundel Gecko bar tape.
I blew my front derailleur cable out of it's 6 month old Jagwire housing Saturday, so it's back to Sram.

For DAY riding. Replaces my CAAD's PDW Spaceship 5 and my Synapse's CatEye HL-EL135. The blue matches my bike's color scheme as well and that's a big plus.

Favero Assioma Duo pedals
Garmin 530
Wahoo Tickr
Wahoo Speed magnetless
All from Clever Training, and all based somewhat heavily on reviews from DC Rainmaker.
Splurged a bit on some stuff now that I'm back on the bike. Hopefully I can keep at it.

Pedals (Ultegra) for roadie
That was this month...thinking new frame for Diverge next...

In pedal purgatory...
Have a bike that is FULL 5800 105, including the pedals.
Damaged a pedal, the OCD in me is telling me to order new ones. I would like another set of 5800s, but they are hard to find from reputable (meaning non-ebay) sources where I don't have to worry about buying fakes since they are discontinued.
I found a set of 5800s for $115.
But I could also get 7000s for $68, or 8000s for $101.
What say you? It's hard to justify the 5800s when they cost more than 8000s, but I like the consistency and uniformity of having the 5800s. I also prefer the black spindles on the 5800s since all my running gear is black, not sure why Shimano changed the spindles to silver/chrome on the newer stuff. Even 7000s are technically a better pedal and barely more than half the price, so the 5800s seem like an awful value proposition...

Prepping to ride STP (Seattle to Portland) in one day, need to tweak some gear.
My Rapha Classic bibs haven't been cutting it after 80 miles so I'm giving Assos a try. Ordered Assos T.cento_s7 bibs, SS.skinFoil_spring baselayer, and Thermic Socks (cheap throw-in) from Swiss Iconic, should be delivered tomorrow (were supposed to be delivered last Friday, would have been nice to try on my Saturday 160 mile training ride).
Also going to try tubeless, though maybe not in time for STP. Have Schwalbe Pro One tubeless tires, DT Swiss tubeless valves, and Orange Seal Endurance sealant on the way. Also a new mini-pump just in case.
Heard having a tighter cassette would be good for STP since the route is mostly flat, so I ordered a 105 level 12-25 cassette and chain plus a couple SRAM powerlock connectors.
Finally, not necessarily for STP but just taking advantage of CRC's 10% off sale, ordered a Stolen Goat jersey and a pair of Marathon Plus Tour 26" tires for my tandem.

Phantom pages. Posts are sometimes deleted and we end up with the forum software thinking that the thread is longer than it is; this is most noticeable on long threads where a lot of posts have gone missing, for whatever reason.

New lock to replace an ancient and balky Kryptonite, for which I had lost all but one key. Went with a cable this time, so I can secure both wheels.

Gore Shake Dry jacket. It's some closeout model that looks less bicycley than usual, which is fine with me, so long as it does its job.
I added some cheap PI sleeves and a water bottle to get free shipping.
