Anyone sign up for the Georgia Gravel Grinduro this Saturday?
I signed up for the 50k Scramble, I'm new to all this, no idea what to expect so I didn't want to over do it the first time out.

I would love to try the Radical someday. I don't think I'd be able to handle the entire Grinduro without some serious training. Good luck and give us a ride report afterwards.

Me too! I've been riding about 15 miles everyday after work with about 1,500 feet of elevation gain, I hope it's enough but those are road miles. I'm not sure how well that will translate off-road in North Georgia. At least the weather looks to be ideal and I'm hoping the fall foliage will be as well.. I know technically it's supposed to be a race but I will be stopping to take some pictures.

I've done a few gravel grinders around 50 miles and I can tell you that on most I'm as worn out as I usually am after a calm fall century or a 70+ mile ride in the summer heat . Of course it might just be because I'm stupid, but....
