Fluid coming out of fork without suspension
Hello,
I have a Canyon Endurace CF SL Disc 8.0 Di2. I was changing the headset bearings and for some reason put the fork upside down and a small quantity (less than 1oz / 30ml) of watery transparent fluid came out of it. Does anyone know what this liquid could be?
The bike does not have a suspension. I thought about the front disc brake mineral oil, but not sure if that makes any sense (I’d guess that oil is in a close circuit and wouldn’t leak through the fork?).
I’m just worried that fluid was important and that the lack of it might cause a malfunction while I’m riding.
Thank you!

Those are tears. Because your bike is crying at the loss of its perfectly good bearings.
