2016 Felt ZW100 or 2014 Cannondale Synapse WSD

2016 Felt ZW100 or 2014 Cannondale Synapse WSD
Hi guys,
I know these kinds of mundane questions are asked on here all the time, but my girlfriend and I are both purchasing our first road bikes and are having a hard time selecting from our final 2 choices. She has been on both the 2016 Felt ZW100 Sora and the 2014 Cannondale Synapse WSD Tiagra. The Felt is priced at $999 at Roll and the Cannondale is a good sale price of $900 at a local independent shop. Is it a no brainer to go for the Tiagra? She really likes the feel of both bikes, but can't seem to get the Felt off her mind, which is the first bike she rode. She has ridden at least 8 different bikes so she has tried many different brands and styles. The Felt does cost more and only has Sora whereas the Cannondale is a good price, costs less and has Tiagra. Any considerations that someone could bring to the table?

I'm partial to Cannondales , but buy the Felt , sounds like thats the one she wants .

I just bought my GF a synapse. I have a Synapse, my second. I don't know much about the Felt but I would definitely buy the Synapse.

Woman make me faster
Which one does she want? Doesn't matter what every one else thinks, she will be the one ridding it. Sounds like she wants the Felt. Felt make great bikes for what it's worth. I prefer my Felt over my Tarmac but that's just me.
