It's a Zebra Cascade. Zebra was a respectable Japanese brand, formerly known as Zebrakenko, with the name change occurring for the 1985 model year. The stem shifters, in conjunction with brake safety levers, exposed brake nuts and 27" wheels, is indicative of an entry level model. The tubing decal is either Tange 900 or 1000 but given the other features, it's probably restricted to the main tubes, with the forks and stays being hi-tensile steel. At least it's got aluminum rims and QR for both wheels. I'd place it circa 1986-1988. Price seems fair.

Thanks for the info. I appreciate it. I am going to go with the Centurion Acordo from the other thread I started.
