The frame, fork, stem, cranks, seat post & handlebars are well worth $50 or more. (Front wheel looks fubar). If the frame is nice & straight I would grab that in a heartbeat. I just sold this very similar one yesterday for $345. (It was completely refurbished of course).
I was sad to see this bike go. It fit me perfectly and rode as good as it looks. (24 lbs. as shown).
