Velo Vol My family practice doctor is transferring to Knoxville, TN. So, Mouse Man, should I warn her in case you're doctor shopping?

We have a JERZEES factory a short distance from town, which stimulates the economy. Kind of. Minimum wage is not a living wage. But for people with nothing else going, it's something. And weekends off.

And, last evening, the wife and I decided to get a hotel in Cancun, instead of driving at 3 AM. In part because we are under curfew here, and would possibly have to get clearance from the police in the villages we have to pass through.

Must be Friday.
Is she good? I became a patient of my GP group like seven years ago and have never had an appointment with "my doctor." I always get appointments with nurses. datlas

Time to get ready to ride. However, the leaderboard already looks quite formidable.

Next week I go back to my old ways of trainer during the week and at least attempting to get back into tri training, so you and WhyFi can fight it out.
I spent a lazy morning with the family, made French toast and whatnot. Going to head out and JRA. Will probably keep it under 40 or so so that I'm not too tempted to aim for a 500k week myself tomorrow.

You at least going to edge over 500k for the week tomorrow? I'll even send you one of my Rapha Festive500 patches if you do.

We just finished a granite countertop and new sink install. I did the sink, and missed having a functional left index finger for the first time. When reaching up into that narrow space to connect water lines

Stationary riding won't earn a Velo Vol kudos, but I think it could count toward some of the Strava challenges. I mean, if snowshoeing and kayaking do, why not?
Related: it would do me well to get more upper body workout like that.
Probably because their saddle is barely compatible with their seat post, thanks to the dumb dumbs at Bike Bicycle who can't figure out a simple system.

Ugh. I was goofing around on my fixed gear last night and was trying to learn how to skid.
Lockring threads stripped out
I just built these wheels not too long ago. Very annoying.
