Can't find a rear wheel (700c)
I have a few years old Giant Contend 1. The rear wheel has developed cracks around the spokes, possibly because I'm on the heavy side (230lb). Fortunately I have a back up so replacement is not super urgent but I'm having a hard time finding a replacement. The wheel is 700c, 9-speed Shimano, tubeless, quick-release, rim brakes, 24 spokes (do I need more?). On the side of the Giant wheel is "ETRTO-622x17".
What other information is needed?
I checked with my LBS and they aren't doing anything but selling bikes at the moment, so they can't help me.

Google the wheel you need and you will have no problem. Not many 9 speeds around you will easily find a rear wheel. Any wheel that is set of 8-11 speed will work with proper space depending on the set up. Just get one that is tubeless compatible 700c does not make a difference how many spokes but my thinking is get a sturdy wheel preferably 32 .rear spokes and you will be riding it for years.

Original owner? Original wheels? A few years old? See if Giant will warranty them, what do you have to lose?

If you want something that will last look at 36 spokes.
I weigh what you do, at times a good bit more. I've had bad luck with anything less than 36 spokes on the rear wheel. On the other hand I've had 36 spoke rear wheels that lasted over 35 years.
I just bought a new rear wheel for my heavy azz ebike. Universal cycle sold a brand of wheels called "Quality Wheels" with a Velocity No BS rim for just a touch over $100. I put an 8 speed cassette on it. I'm really happy with it

Yes, you will need a spacer which are sometimes included with the wheel. Contact the seller to find out if a spacer is included and if not they should be able to sell you one for cheap. Make sure you let them know that you have a 9 speed cassette. That wheel looks perfect for what you need. Strong, not expensive and will slip right into your frame.
