Been playing bikes with my neighbor this afternoon and I always thought his bike is Pron-worthy - so here it is:
When I told him my intent for the pics I was taking, he snickered & told me that for here it would be better to wait for when he had the brake off & his track bar & stem on, but his bike kind of arouses me no matter how he's got it set up...

I've asked him about that & he told me that as much as he would like to build his bike all Italian, he is unwilling to pay the weight penalty that goes with vintage Campy bits & then suggested that I check how much old Campagnolo aero & fluted seatposts, or even something modern such as a Miche weighs. When I questioned him more, he stated that he prefers a zero-setback seatpost, so until he figures a better way is stuck living with a Thomson. I know bikes, been heavily involved with them my whole life (just not track or fixed gear), but he chuckles at my suggestions.

it dosn't take rocket surgery to take an adequate photo...maybe not in front of a blue tarp.
and its my opinion the porn thread is for nice photos of awesome bikes.
