If it fits you, it might be alright. Rear light looks taped on, so I would check it out carefully or meet at a shop so that it can be inspected by a mechanic.

Impossible to tell from here.
First and foremost--DOES IT FIT YOU? Nothing else matters if the answer to that is "No."
Second ... I like Fuji. They put out a solid bike for a little less than the bigger names.
Third--is that an adjustable stem? if so that could be a boon---you can dial in the angle you need and then buy a real stem--assuming the length is right.
Fourth---depends what the wheels and tires are ....
Fifth ... Sora and 105 sounds great ... but seven-speed in the back? Depends is if it is a freewheel or freehub.
Sixth -- what year is it? You could get a lot more info online if you knew the year.
Warning--It looks to have the single-lever+thumb switch shifters ... a lot of people don't like these, some don't care. Shimano AO70 shifters ...
What i see is a bike that looks well cared for. if it si and it fits, particularly with the accessories ... Yeah it seems a decent deal if it fits. Pick it up and shake it. Make sure the spinning parts spin and don't shake.
I would consider it for myself it if it fit me. I would swap the rear wheel and the brifters for stuff I have on hand, and ride the thing as a toy bike ... maybe make it into a gravel bike.
You have to see it up close and personal to really know ... but from here it looks like the bike has been taken care of. if it fits, that's the next most important thing.
You could buy that bike tomorrow and maybe be riding it a decade from now, happily. maybe not. No guarantees ... but decent potential.
Note Well: i did not even look at the price seriously. Until you know the year and the approximate mileage, and your local market, there is no way to know if it is a good deal.
Let me point out that you can probably buy the latest version of that bike Brand New on BikesDirect for $450 dollars or less.

It's craigslist, cut the price in half and make an offer, see what the counter is.
