Hi I'm Ed from Michigan.
New to this forum.
Have been riding bicycles for a number of years but due to back conditions I'm considering switching over to a recumbent trike.
Looking for contacts or groups for recumbent trikes I can inquire and learn which trikes for my plans would be best to consider before purchasing.
I would like to try to do some short and longer distance (overnight) trips and my price range is kind of restricted at $2300 to $3000 for a recumbent trike.
So far for the local stores my options seem to be Catrike Expedition, Terrat**** Grand Tourimso, Gekko FX26, or at the top end of my budget a Greenstreet model.
Suggestions and inputs are welcomed.
Thanks for any help,
Ed

Hi,
I'm Ed from Michigan.
I'm new to this forum and looking for advice on a purchase consideration for a recumbent trike.
I want to do eventually some overnight trips along of course with short local trips.
My funding is limited to say $2300 to $3000 on the high end.
I've looked so far at Catrike Expedition, Gekko HP26, Terratike Grand Tourmiso and on the high end of my budget a Greenstreet model.
Any advice from more experienced recumbent trike riders is appreciated.
Thanks,
Ed
