Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Are there any you recommend? I only really know of BikeForums to do all my cycling reading, but is there anything online that I can go on to read about anything cycling? Not books, just things online.

You get a nice mix of cycling topics from these blogs, all of which I view in Google Reader:

Bike Snob NYC (faux elitist with a ton of self-aggrandizing humor)
Cyclelicious (bay area guy who loves bicycling and advocacy)
Bike Hugger (seattle area guy who loves bikes)
Bike Rumor (usually the best industry news)

I also strongly recommend the blog for your most locally relevant cycling club. For instance, in Seattle, the Cascade Bicycle Club sends out all kinds of updates like important local votes, ride updates, offers for members, etc..

Thank you, and funny thing, I randomly stumbled upon a website today and realized it's a blog for my LBS. Iv'e noticed that I missed quite a few sales so I going to have to keep updated!

My Links page also has quite a collection of resources for long distance cycling, although I do need to go through them and check to make sure they're still active.
