Bike Accessories?
Hey everyone, I own a small business that sells bike accessories. As a cyclist, what are some accessories that you would recommend that I sell and that would do well on my store?
Thank you!
Thank you!

I wouldn't sell cheap knockoffs but then again you would be out of business. Probably not a bad thing though.

Do you cater more to roadies, MTB riders, commuters or are they all equally well represented in your area? Are you looking to carry a comprehensive stock, or just the most common 100 items or so. Are you in a tourist area? Will you be doing any repairs out of your shop?

Bike Accessories?
Rearview mirrors; Take-a-Look eyeglass mounted recommended.
I got the Mirrcyle fitted, sticking out for the time being. Seems alright, but looks a little dorky
I think that's why so many are against mirrors, because they don't look cool, they all want to look cool like a real cyclist

I wear both left and right Take-a-Look mirrors, and many times when I go into a store or some other stop while cycling. I'm asked about them, including by the ladies, and the usual response is "cool."
Probably it is cool because I don't wear full kit, and come across as a rugged individualist.

What are your current best sellers?

WALSTIB
Presta valve caps, wheel reflectors and cassette spoke protectors. All popular with the Roadies. A carbon fiber handlebar basket would be a hit.

You don't give nearly enough information about your business and why you randomly sell bicycle accessories for anyone to give a reasonable answer to what you need. It can vary from place to place and who's passing through.

I would add whistles as you surely noted down bells already.
Russ is so right - all about location and what locals need. My wishlist for I used to go around many huge bike stores to find nothing and order online is:
Good reasonably priced tools. Multi purpose tool kits.
Small but good selection of care products (cleaner, lubes, consumables etc). I hated the low quality overpriced stuff at big bike stores.
Reasonable is key, overpriced is killer, huge variety is overrated.

Lights: Very bright, 300 lumens
helmet light and down tube light
Cameras: able to read licence plates in the next lane, long lasting batteries (more than two hours), spare batteries and separate charger, keep timestamp and settings when changing batteries.
Horn: Loud sounding like car horn. The Hornit is lousy.
Mechanical odometer that attaches to front fork. Speedometer not required - there are plenty of apps for that.
Mirrors: lightly convexed, attached to inside of handlebars for straight handles, drop handles, etc.
Rear proximity sensor and alarm to warn drivers who are too close.

Just fyi for those who haven't looked; this business is selling cheap knockoff cycling products I do not think it is a brick and mortar shop. Imagine someone copying the looks of a product and removing the quality and then selling it back to you with a name that almost sounds like a company they ripped off.
