My New Trek Fx3 matt black has 3 paint chips.
Can paint chips on a matte black bike be repaired?? Easy? Does it look obvious when fixed?

Sure, they can be touched up. With matte, it might/probably will not be so obvious. I have used Testor's model paint and/or fingernail polish. There are different shades available. Chips and scratches are just something that is going to happen with a bike that is used. There really is no avoiding it. Other members will chime in.
