yea i dont know how i feel about the weird haircuts or a dude wearing a bandana like a scarf.. but wouldnt you people be a little stoked to see well maintained vintage-y bikes being appreciated by a small clothing company? I dont think those were exactly dumpster dive finds (well maybe the 65cm fixie) or are forum members the only people allowed to be seen with cool bikes? :-D All three models gotta be amateurs though they look really unnatural in the pictures which is more laughable than the outfits.. ha

Actually I didn't take the photos.

And FTW it's not a 65cm fixie, It's a 62cm 1981 Marinoni pista special with period record pista components and most of it's life has been spent on the boards including under my butt.

You track guys are nuts, and an evil cult that is drawing me in. The fact we have a velodrome not too far away isn't helping much either.

Now, if that little word "Pista" didn't multiply bike cost by a fortune I would be all set!

Oh yeah. Thats the one I meant. Just found it.
Just checked out the Raleigh 2005 catalog and didn't see any pics of people in it aside from the two vintage team photos in the beginning. What gives?

Admittedly these girls in this post aren't done up in the outfits I would have picked, but they still look good. I'm a fan of black and white horizontally striped tights, Mary Jane's or Docs, maybe an old Einstürzende or Eraserhead tshirt, oh and glasses! Then again I always did have a thing for the Sisters of Mercy/Skinny Puppy/Joy Division/Misifts type girls....

Enough non-bike talk, back to lip-synching Ubiquitous Mr. Love Groove! Must find mass ski poles before spring!!!
