Welcome to the forums. What you have is a 1984 model manufactured in December 1983 by Araya of Japan. Based on the description it sounds like a city bicycle. Pre-pandemic, most good condition, ready-to-ride, city bicycles would be around $100 in an average market. Covid-19 has played havoc with prices. Prices are higher in most metropolitan areas while some rural areas have seen decreases. It's hard to provide a value without knowing where you live and having pictures to assess the cosmetic and mechanical condition of the actual bicycle.

Thanks. System blocks my photo. It has dark green paint and chrome fenders and chrome chain guard. In Boston, Ma. area. Rides very smooth.

I would imagine that Boston is very hot market right now, if the colleges and universities are actually having in-class sessions. There would be a lot of students who are leery of public transportation and would would like cheap transportation.

No mention of frame size or stand over height. No mention of any maintenance. No pictures indicating condition of tires, brake pads, etc. Saddle isn't level. Stem is pulled out passed the safety line.

In addition to what was previously suggested, I would take out the parts descriptions. Although they may be good quality, collectors won't want them and the average bike rider won't know what any of that means.

Most bikes with a cushion of air inside of soft rubber tires will ride smooth...
