Why don't you tell us what you like/dislike about each of them? They appear to be adjusted for two different rider heights. Have you ridden them both?

It depends on your height, the frame sizes of the two bikes, and your riding style.
Since they both are competition bikes, they'll probably have a stiffer ride.

Keep the one with Campagnolo Super Record.
Components can be changed around to suit your needs.

Top bike is considerably newer, with newer components and would be worth more.
You could use a site like the bicycle blue book to get an idea, or search for items on site like Ebay that are actually being bid on or recently sold.
Nice to see you posting.

Replacement fork on the 5500 scares me. Not because it's a replacement fork, just wondering what happened to the original fork. Maybe they just did it to go threadless, since there's a good chance that had threaded fork originally. Also hate the bars on the 5500. Otherwise I like the looks of the 5500 better - DA looked like crap from 10sp squid era until the 9100 came out, IMO.
Like others have alluded to, the newer one is at least a couple sizes bigger, also more of an endurance geo. Newer one would definitely bring more money. Dunno how much more.
