Length of Japan 2019
Late last year, I came back from traveling the length of Japan by bicycle, I had a fantastic time there, but I still have a lot of things in Japan I still want to see. So, I am going to set off on another end to end trip of Japan, this time traveling via the areas that I haven’t yet been to. So, it’s time to go on another bike trip 😊
I am planning on traveling from the southern tip of Japan (Sata Misaki) to the northern tip (Soya Misaki). Not 100% sure on the duration of the trip yet, since I still have a bit more planning to do, but roughly 8 weeks long.
Starting in mid-April 2019, or alternatively late September 2019 riding in reverse (North to South).
Riding on average 100km (60mi) a day, at about 20km/h (13mph), or if you would like to travel faster and further we can do that also.
A bit about me, I'm 27, Australian (don't hold that against me). My Japanese ability is at an Intermediate level. I am pretty easy going, fun and a bit of a larrikin, but not too crazy. I have been to Japan many times before. I am also a pretty good bicycle mechanic.
If you’re interested let me know, we can chat a bit more, and discuss the details.
