Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

knobster, for some reason a Brooks looks less out of place on your Bianchi than it does on my BMC:

I probably look less out of place on my Bianchi than I would you on your BMC.

I still think your bike looks awesome even with a Brooks.

Just curious, would you say the black is just black, or is it closer to the carbon color? Not sure if you looked at the 2011 Roubaix Elite in carbon, but that color is what I'm talking about.

I would say its just black. The new elites are carbon fiber black.. Nice looking bikes

non drive side, using a wired computer in 2010, cranks that dont match the rest of the gruppo, that front qr skewer, and living in a place with cinderblock walls... well, the cinderblocks sort of match the wired computer.

And I don't think that you have lined up the logos on the tyre sidewalls with the valves either.

Lining up the logo's with the valves?
I thought the idea was to line up the logo on the tire with the logo on the rim?

You line the logo of the tire up with the valve so if you get a flat you can find where it happened on the tire easier.
