Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

MTB Cassette on Road bike

Hello,
I was looking for some advise on "Can i use a MTB Cassette on a road bike?"
I have a Specialized Diverge E5 sport (road/gravel) bike which has a Sunrace, 9-speed, 11-32t cassette.
I wanted to use my bike on an indoor trainer for the winter so i had to purchase a cassette and i got a Shimano 9 speed 11-32t.
When i looked up the details of the Shimano Cassette, it says it is for a MTB.
My rear derailleur is Shimano Sora, long cage, 9-speed.
If i install the Shimano Cassette (same specs as my road) on my indoor trainer and mount my road bike, will i have any issues?

11-32 would all be the same. Good to go.

You will have to wear baggy shorts,

but on the trainer there's no aero penalty, so you're good.
