Bianchi Celeste touch up

Bianchi Celeste touch up
I recently purchased a 1983 Bianchi Specialissima that is in need of a fair amount of Celeste touch up. Celeste shades changed over time. The frame has been touched up before, but it doesn't match the base color. Does anyone know of a source of Celeste touch-up that might be a better match. Thank you!

I doubt you'll find the exact colour - as you say, Celeste is a moving target.
I've followed Ray Dobbins touch up guide with a high degree of success: After Touchup

I came so close to buying that. My thoughts, what I have done before is bring it to the kindest "auto paint supply" in town.
They will have a "computer" to match the paint, but matching by eye (after getting a headstart from the computer) is far far superior. This is why you need the kindest auto supply in town.
In my town it is $20 to computer match, additional $30 for "by eye", and then about $20 for paint.

For that kind of cost for a computer match for a touch up...it's still just touching it up. Consider an entire repaint and new decals.

I have the same frame set (and love it!) which had several spots about 1 cm in size that needed work. The guy I bought it frame sent it with a touch up kit from this place
https://www.automotivetouchup.com
It included flat gray primer, the Celeste and brush on clear coat and some fine sandpaper. It wasn’t a perfect match and it took several tries before I was happy. I think I might have added a little white to it to match up better. When I look at the site I couldn’t find the color but maybe if you email them.

I have a more precise mix, but you can get pretty darn close with the colors below, plus a little black:

home depot.
about $10. for a small jar.they will use a scanner type hand held tool which will match the color.brought a Yeti in for the teal & when dried was a perfect match.may need to clear coat for durability.
