60cm 1986 Bianchi frame set for sale

1986 Bianchi frameset for sale. Measure 60cm center to top with a 58cm top tube center to center. Bianchi/Columbus Formula One tube set made in Italy. The frame comes with a record headset in good shape. Though the aluminum locknut is cracked. The frame is chrome under the paint and there was extensive flaking around the top tube. I touched up those areas, as well as, larger scratches and wear areas. The touch up paint isn't an exact match, but I think the built up bike will present well. The chrome has some pitting, but still presents well. I can send additional photos if interested. $200 plus bike flights.

Andy, is there a way to get some more pics?

Any dents? Rust? Other issues?

PM sent.

Had a chance on a local NR for similar price and age (but my size, this is a bit large). Still bummed I didn’t pull the trigger, “settled” for a worse condition and not Celeste Giro in SLX. Someone is going to be a happy customer. GLWS!

Wait for your tagged expert to chime in, but over at 2velo (Bianchi bicycle catalog 80s -) the closest match I see is a 1987 Vittoria? But it’s in a language I don’t speak so no clue what it says about tubing etc! From the other catalogs I don’t see a Nuovo Racing with DS CS chrome or chromed fork but could be, it’s probably not a complete collection and may be of certain markets and so forth.

more pics

Here are a few more pics. Painted flaked away behind the front derailleur clamp, and I have touched that up as well.

pm to be sent.

I hear Uncle Sam wants me to stimulate Andy's economy.
@Andy Antipas - measure the headtube. 17cm? Nothing less than 16.

Please take it. It’s a size big for me, but I’ve almost messaged him three times now.
