Are these Look Delta Pedals?
My Google-FU is failing me! These have no markings except "Product of France" and "Look Patent" under the sprung clip bar. The only one I can find with the same adjustment knob is the A5.1, but these are obviously different. My Keo cleats will snap in, but seem pretty loose. Granted, I've only tested it on the bench and not on a road ride yet. Any help is most appreciated!
Cheers!

I only run the original Look Deltas (and some compatible brands). I have never seen the tension adjustment as pictured, but not any expert on the brand - just a longtime user.
I know nothing about the newer Keo product. Those look very clean, essentially new.

Those look like Delta cleat pedals to me.

Not an expert here, but I think Keo pedals have a lower front lip than what you have, which matches the raised lip on the Keo cleats. Yours look like Deltas to me.
Do you have a friend with a Peloton exercise bike? Peloton shoes use Delta-compatible pedals/cleats, so you could check that way. You don't want to find out on the road that you have mismatched standards and can't remove your foot...

Of course I do not, sir!
They're actually on the loose side, and now I realize that Delta Cleats are bigger, so I'm nearly certain they're delta. Thanks!

+1 to Delta-compatible. Those look similar to the PP 286 model. Yes, they are technically ARC, but they take either the Delta or Arc cleat. The ARC cleat is basically the same shape as Delta, but allows for some extra float. See page 3 of the 1993 and page 3 of the 1995 catalog linked below.

An online Search showed only this type of external tension adjustment on the rear of a Look pedal.
Regardless of the Look style pedal, either red cleats with float or black cleats with no float, will be compatible (in my experience)..
