New to me Trek Verve

Hi all guys, greetings from Uruguay. Bought today a Trek Verve 1. Shimano Altus rd, tourney fd, bontrager T750 rims, tektro v brakes. Feels nice to ride, but i preferred my Navigator 2011, i regret selling that bike, but let's see if i can make my Verve more suitable to me.

Please provide a more detailed explanation of how your new bike compares to your old one, and what areas need what kind of improvement.

The 2011 Trek Navigator looks like a more upright 'comfort' bike compared to your new Trek Verve. Are you looking for more comfort? or performance? of better fit?
