Saddles for a more forward position?
Recently adjusted my fit, with the saddle going higher and forward (definitely more speed/power). With my Specialized Bridge saddle, I can't get the saddle far enough forward on my MTB, even with it's 0-offset post. (Have to get it another 5-10mm.) Anyone know of saddles with rails that allow for a more forward fit (rails extending further to the rear)? The Bridge's rails end about 8 cm from the back edge, so I would need them 7 cm form the back. (I use a 150-155 mm width, and prefer not to have a cutout.)

Sounds like you are trying to make your mountain bike be a good road bike. But that's just a wild guess. Care to share what kind of road and terrain you are riding and the model of bike? Geometry of some mountain bikes can be pretty slack in the seat tube putting the saddle back pretty far.
I don't know of any saddles made to put you farther forward. But I've never even thought to look. I suppose you could get a seat post with offset and turn it around backwards.

I can get the saddle in the right position on my road bikes. The MTB's STA is only 71° - 72°. And it requires a 400mm, 26.8 seatpost, so can't use any tri posts. My body is hyper-sensitive to fit -- the saddle being off by 5mm can cut my speed up a 12% by HALF -- so I'm simply getting into a position that allows me to climb as fast as I can. (Which is more important on steeper trails than it is on the road.)

There are still some folded steel saddle rail clamps which attach a rail saddle to a seat pillar, and Kalloy still sells plain aluminum seat pillars. Pillar is about $20 max, clamp between $2 and $70, depending on the flea market pricing or antique bike French collectible pricing. The clamp can be turned forward (what you need) or backward (normal) with just a 6" adjustable crescent wrench.
