In your dreams?

Im so bored, so I thought Id start a thread.

State what bike you currently own, then state the dream bike you wish you could have.

I have a trek 930, I wish I could have a trek session 77.

I own a Bruiser 1 with a growing list of mods.

My dream bike would be a loaded Transition Dirtbag or a Banshee Morphine

No, but you could read the most recent responses. This gets done every couple months

I wasn't here last time it was done, is there a problem with me making one? The small amount of bandwidth this topic will take up will most likely not make a difference in its extremely slow loading times

I have a 2003 Norco Sasquatch and it is my dream hardtail, since all the Norco Shore Hardtail frames are pretty much the same every year, and now I can upgrade how I want and make it better than the the top of the line Shore Hardtail.

My dream FS is the Giant Faith 1.

I have an Ellsworth Truth and an Ellsworth Enlightenment.

My dream bike is a Fat Chance "Yo Eddy" in perfect condition with a 1 1/8" head tube and quad butted tubes. I would settle for triple butted tubes though. I have been looking for this frame for close to four years now with very little to no luck. One of these days I will own one though.

Mmm, good taste.

I'm looking for an Eastern Woods Research and probably have about the same chance as you at finding one.

Be careful with the Aliante saddle on the mountain bike. They don't hold up well, I speak from experience. Go with the Aliante on the road and Gobi on the mountain bike.

Also a great choice, I think we both have about the same chance. I can at least get close though by going with an Independent Fabrication. Most of the people at IF came from Fat Chance / Fat City Cycles.

Current bike (Sun Doubletrack wheelset coming soon and an Avid Juicy 5 up front, as well as new Alivio shifters):

My dream bike would be something along the lines of a Demo 8 or 9 with a 66RC 170mm, Mag 30s, DHX5, Avid Juicy 7s or maybe Hopes, full Diabolus. Maybe an SX Trail? I know not, although a Kona Stinky would do .

Now: Trek 8500 with full XT, Thomson stem/post, Conti tires, Fox 100RLC.
Dream: I dunno. Maybe a carbon HT with XTR and some lighter wheels or a carbon/aluminum FS with 4" travel at each end that actually climbs well and weighs less than 25 lbs.
