it's awesome this guy is still riding at a reasonable pace at 100.
However, it's only 15mph. I would hope more than 50% of people in the road forum could cover 16 flat miles in an hour.

yeah but his max HR is probably like 120, so that would be like me riding for an hour at >180. ouch.
oh wait, just read the rest of it. he hit 134 on a climb? well even if his max is 140, 110 is still somewhere in the high endurance/low tempo range. not bad.
