Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Cheapest Road Frame (Maybe Chinese Made??)

I am looking to build a cheap, yet nice road bike. What are the cheapest quality frames out there? I have hear of really good deals of chinese made carbon frames. Do you know anything about them? Links to any of them for purchase?

Thanks!

roadbikereviews have a few threads dedicated to your question. We have a few here, but you need to use the search function for that. If you are on a tight budget without the resourcefulness and the patience to search for good deals on parts, it is not going to be "cheap".

If you're look for a cheap but decent frame I recommend Performance Bike's road frame for $99.

pedalforce frames are pretty inexpensive and seem to be pretty widely liked.
