QR to Bolt on Conversion possible?
I've previously tried to replace Q/R skewers with hex skewers with 190mm hub but apparently, the bolt on skewers don't exist for that size.
So, can I replace the hollow axle with an old fashioned solid bolt (10mm?) with the proper cones for the bearings?

Typical swap from QR to solid axle uses the same hub parts from lock nut to lock nut.
You also need 2 nuts & serrated washers.
Longest axle I see is 187mm.

What hub is 190mm? typical DO spacing is 130-135mm.

Do a search for "Fat bike rear hub axles" or "Single speed axles" in whatever length and threading you need. I've seen some up to at least 250mm long and most include the bearing cones, washers and nuts although you might want to retain the original cones for your hubs.

Do a search for "Fat bike rear hub axles" or "Single speed axles" in whatever length and threading you need. I've seen some up to at least 250mm long and most include the bearing cones, washers and nuts although you might want to retain the original cones for your hubs.
I had to search for "Bolt on hub axle [value]mm"
Note: Width for hubs denoted distance between frame or fork, so a 190mm hub will need a much longer axle.
I ordered a 240mm axle just and will trim it down if necessary.
I also have a concern about the strength of the axle that I ordered, but time will tell.
Updates if anyone wants them.

I like cats.
I had a similar issue with needing a longer bolt-on skewer for my fat bike. I ended up taking a 6mm bolt, grinding off the threads, and then joining it to a cut QR skewer using GTAW. After it cooled I tried to harden the joint with a hammer and anvil. So far so good.

Ok, I FINALLY completed the conversion.
First I found an online seller for solid axles.
I purchased the longest one at 240mm total length for the rear.
Remember, the QR axle stops at the frame while a solid axle stops outside the frame for the nuts to attach to.
The fit did not leave much to spare with 2-3 threads extra on each side.
It's a MUCH more rigid setup and a full test drive is expected in the coming days.
The front end was much more problematic and i have yet to find a proper solution.
The front hub is a strange 15x150mm hub with a Q/R adapter.
It's really a bad choice and creates a lot of fled with the Q/R and the adapter and the 5" tires.
The lack of proper end caps, and fork makes this an odd problem.
I doubt there is a 15mm to 3/8" axle conversion out there.
Oh well, one out of two so far.
