We always recommend that you post the serial number. Peugeot had different bikes for different countries. Let us know where you are. Also, post a picture of your bike from the drive side. List any frame ID stickers. List the names of any components.

Here's some US catalogs. I don't have to go out on a limb to say that this isn't a PX-10 though!

Graphics indicate circa 1988. Schraeder valves indicate entry level. The fly in the ointment is the lugged construction. Consequently, I think this may be a Canadian market model, possibly a PB10. Shift levers appear to be Shimano SIS, probably Light Action with matching derailleurs.

I like the appearance of the frame. Concerned the rear wheel may have a "hop", a dent in it visible to just aft of high noon on the rear wheel.
One that needs to be evaluated in person.
saddle is quite a bit forward, can be adjusted no doubt.

T-Mar said virtually all there is to say, I totally agree. I would just include, that Carbolite 103 sticker between the shift levers is another red flag this is entry-level, lower mid-range at best. It's almost as far as you can get from a PX-10.
I'd peg the value around $150 USD. Maybe $200 to a motivated buyer in my market, if it had fresh rubber bits, fresh grease and was remotely tuned-up.
I can't tell you how often I see people post on Craigslist, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, LetGo and other places "Peugeot Racing Bike" or "I think it's a PX-10". It's exhausting. Definitely not the way you want to open up if you plan to sell.
