Second set of rims.
Looking for a second set of rims for my Topstone1. I want tubeless and will be running 38mm tires. Looking to keep the price around $500-$700, any ideas?

DT Swiss GR1600...crotchet (hooked) tubeless ready aluminum rim with an inner width of 24mm, spec'd at 1727g for a set. List for $700.
Hunt Wheels 4 Season Gravel Disc X-Wide, crotchet tubeless ready aluminum rim, internal width is 25mm, spec'd at 1698g. List for $500.
You could also try Light Bicycle, they spec a carbon wheelset, tubeless ready, that you customize for hand building with hubs and spokes of your choosing. They offer a Novatec hub with Sapim X-Ray spokes with the linked wheel, it weighs in at 1420g, and is in your budget spec'd like that.
There are many other wheels available in your price range, but honestly, Light Bicycle has a good reputation, and because of their direct to consumer model, you'll get a lot more (or less, if we use the weights) wheel for your money.

Shimano GRX wheelset is a good budget option for a pre-built set. It's 21.6mm internal, but $420 and 1650g is hard to beat.
Other options not yet mentioned:
HED Emporia GA Performance: 1670g, 25mm internal width, $700
HED Ardennes RA Performance Disc: 1575g, 21mm internal, $650
For 38mm tires, a 21mm internal width would be plenty wide enough.
