So do you have a name for your bike?
In another thread someone mentioned a name for their bike. Hmmm. I have a Boomer series tractor at home and I call it Boomer. If I need it for anything I say I am going to go get Boomer. Or I may tell my son to go get Boomer. I have a Ford F150 with the sync program on it. In order for it to work with a web page you have to give your vehicle a name. Don't know why but I called it Lucy. The other day my wife asked me, since I name other things what was I going to name my new bike? Hmm don't know. So do most here have a name for their bikes?

Frontier (Race Bike)
Frequent Flier (Commuter)
Float (Rain/Snow Beater)
I name mine like bike series / model names. Giving human names to a machine is a bit creepy for me..

I call my Giant Gheorghe Muresan because of the film "My Giant" starring Billy Crystal. A friend of mine has an '87 Chevy Blazer that he refers to as "The Rig," and started calling my fixed gear "The Kinetic Rig." My other bikes have no names. Neither do my guitars.
