Not mine, but I would love to have it.

I recently sold a similar bike on Ebay for about $1200. Pantographing, in my experience, is a funny thing. Some people will kill for it. Others - mostly the guys who are into this vintage because they followed the racers of the day - really don't like it, because the racers didn't much use it and it seems a bit fru-fru. And of course, condition matters a great deal, which really requires close-ups.

Short version: if the frame and group are close to pristine, it wouldn't surprise me if it got close to two grand, especially if a pantograph-loving collector sees it. If the frame has some chips and scrapes, and the group has seen some obvious miles, it might go for a thousand or so. So call it $1500 on average, IMO.

Pretty bike as pictured.

What is it with Pink Tommasini's recently? I just picked one up locally for $800...you probably saw my threads on it...different pink and did not have a matching gruppo, much less one that is pantographed. Estimates I received ranged from the 800 I paid (which was obviously local market value) up to 2000...so this one, for about 1200-1500 would definitely be in the ball park...

Oh...and another gorgeous bike!

See above. $1200-1500 is fair market value

I also bought a Tommasini a few years back and sold the frame/fork on Ebay for the amount I paid for the whole bike and kept the parts!

That bike has been listed on and off for years now, I don't think the seller actually wants to sell it. I have a Super Prestige and it is a great bike, I wouldn't want to have to sell mine either.

But, yeah, I'd say $1200 is about right for Craigslist but I think he could get $1500 on eBay due to it's condition and the panto'd parts.
