French crown race and ISO

Nothing new, weird French sizing giving me a hard time trying to find interchangeable parts, this time I was going to install a track fork with British thread/diameter, looking around , the only crown race I have is the one I took off a French size track fork, so...
Has anyone tried to fit a 26.5mm crown race into a iso/26.4 mm? Would be that 0.1mm too tight?

A crown race with I.D. of 26.5mm would, if anything, be loose on a 26.4mm crown race seat.

You'd have to be lucky to avoid mis-alignment of the races.

Better to knurl the seat, or use a bit of 0.05mm shim stock (loctite here to secure things would be appropriate).
