Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Do you own a Topstone Carbon? I need your help

Hi All,

I just bought a Topstone Carbon 5 and noticed that it is missing paint from the left arm of the front fork, Just below where the thru-axle goes through the front fork. As I have just joined I am not allowed to upload a photo but Mstateglfr has been so kind to upload a photo of my fork and the missing paint below. (Thanks Mstate!)

I asked Cannondale Customer support if this was a production mistake but they didn't give a clear answer: " this is not always painted as the wheel needs to slide in and out easily".

Could someone with a Topstone Carbon check the bottom of their front fork left arm and see if theirs is fully painted? if you can post a picture it would help.

In advance, thank you for your help

Kindly,

Julian
